There is still some ink left in my cartridge even though it says "empty".

While your printer indicates that your cartridge needs to be replaced, you may still find some ink left in your "empty" cartridge. This is normal. The remaining quantity cannot guarantee satisfactory printing. Your cartridge needs to be replaced.
