The Brother laser cartridge does not have the same shape as the original cartridge and does not fit into the printer?

Do not force the cartridge to avoid damaging the printer. Check that your cartridge is advertised as compatible with your printer. The toner kit (TNxxx) is placed on a drum kit (DRxxx) to work inside the printer. Check that you have repositioned the toner kit (TNxxx) on the drum kit (DRxxx). A component may be damaged and is blocking the cartridge from being inserted into the printer. The cartridge must be replaced.
